Used steel buildings information
Are you thinking about expanding your retail location, or building a brand new warehouse? But maybe you want to buy a used steel or metal building.
We would not recommend buying a used steel building unless you were sure it could be taken apart and built without loosing any of the pieces.
Of course too, we want to make sure none of the pieces rusted or are decaying in anyway. Also make certain that the foundation is being laid correctly for the building.
Check with your local building codes and municipality to see if any permits are needed or blueprints. You do not want to purchase the building to find out that you need the blue prints and not be able to find the company who designed it.
