Should you make payments on your steel building
Do not make payments on a steel building....
Pay in full when it is
delivered. however you want to make the final payment - whether it is
paying with a home equity line of credit or by charging the remaining
balance of the building to your credit card. Get everything in
writing and most definitely the date the building will be delivered.
If you are going to
purchase a steel building, purchase it with cash and get it sent you as
soon as possible. Give the steel building company the smallest down
payment possible.
