Getting an itemized quote in writing will help alleviate any fears
that you are getting the best deal possible!
A price quote from a steel building company should be itemized and list
1. brand names
2. makes and models of accessories
3. the gauge of steel that is going to be used
Some steel companies will try to make a little extra money by giving the
cheapest accessory and using the thinnest gauge steel allowed. That is
why you want to have the brand name make and model and gauge of steel
rate in in your contract. If the quote just states a generic term like
windows then you will probably get the cheapest window.
